It’s interesting to look back 10 years and see where the import scene has been. Looking to the future is even more interesting. What trends and patterns will we see? I think we are going to see a bigger movement toward custom metal fabrication. In the past bolt on parts were all the rage. You bolt on an exhaust and a new bumper or over fenders. Even now, the current trend in shaving engine bays and sometimes remaking firewalls or wheel tubs is just the beginning of that movement toward more customized work. The S14 below is an awesome concept that really gives you that hot rod / rat rod feel with some custom metal work.
This was supposed to be a valentines post, whoops. Enjoy the tunes.
For people that like more chill, laid-back music with futuristic steez and jazzy style you might like this. I have been listening to this midwestern native Dan Finnerty, aka Djspinnerty for while now. He makes a lot of cool music with old school influence.
You can own the same car Kanye and Jay-Z whipped in their video! The only catch? Its an easy $350,000, you know, enough to buy yourself a small house. Swag. Where is the money going you might ask, well in the words of Lil Wayne ” I know you heard Obama, you gotta save the children” At least the money is going to a good cause.
